As believers, we recognize that it is important to lead by example, according to the Spirit of God, both inside and outside of the four walls of the church. We believe that God has established special qualities in every person that can be discovered, as well as further developed and used in leadership. We assist individuals in refining their true identity in life in order to help them discover their purpose in earth, according to the building of God’s Kingdom.
